Last summer, I took a book and went out to my front porch to read, planning on just reading for a little while in the cool of the morning. 2:30 that afternoon, my husband came out and reminded me I had an appointment at 2:45! I was totally sucked into the book and completely lost track of time--I ended up rescheduling the appointment! (Which gave me another hour with the book! Hehehehe!) The book was Graceling by Kristin Cashore. Check out a book trailer for Graceling at this link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/mpd/permalink/m34WM2E3L2INP4

ReplyDeleteWhen I started reading the Twilight series I read the whole series in one week. I couldn't put any of the books down. I loved them all so much.
ReplyDeleteLast Year i went camping and i sat alone in the desert outside of the camper and read for 3 hours!!! My parents were wondering when i'd pry myself away from the book and do something. The book was one of the Harry Potter series and I think it was the third time i was reading the series!!! its the best series i've ever read and at this point i've just finished reading it for the 7th time and it still leaves me wanting to cry that it's over!! This series is a must read!!!!

ReplyDeleteWhen I read the book "Just Listen," i couldnt stop reading. It pulls you in and you strive for more.
The one book i couldnt put down would have to be twilight. I loved the characters and action, if you really get into the book you feel as if your there.
